  1. The Making of Fragile Agro-ecosystems Productive, Adaptive and Sustainable: Multifunctional Agro-pastoralism

The Making of Fragile Agro-ecosystems Productive, Adaptive and Sustainable: Multifunctional Agro-pastoralism

PAS-AGRO-PAS explores a representation of 10 agro-pastoral systems across the Mediterranean basin, covering a wide range of productive, environmental, socio-economic, and institutional scenarios.

It will apply a systemic approach from the farm to the global scale interlinking the agro-ecosystem, socioeconomic system, and information system to define tailored strategies that improve the productivity, adaptability, sustainability, and profitability of agro-pastoral systems.
